Chief Executive Officer

A B.S. graduate of North Carolina State University, LeRue began his career at HHS, a support services provider. After being laid off in 2017, LeRue started going door-to-door with a vacuum cleaner and a mop bucket, looking for cleaning opportunities. Word of his quality of work and dedication to his customers quickly spread, and Clean Sweep Solutions was launched. Today, LeRue leads Clean Sweep Solutions with teams across Tennessee, Texas, North Carolina and Florida.

LaToya Whatley

Human Resources Representative

As founder and principal consultant of WhatleyHR, LaToya Whatley provides Clean Sweep Solutions with more than 20 years of compliance, recruitment, and training support. In this contract role, she provides the guidance and expertise needed to help Clean Sweep Solutions navigate the complex rules and processes associated with human resources.
